At FloraBiz, we specialize in live aquatic plants, which are perishable and sensitive to transit conditions. We take utmost care in packing and shipping, and plant loss during transit is rare (typically below 5%).

Returns
This is due to the perishable nature of live plants. We do not accept returns on aquatic plants once delivered.
Live Arrival Guarantee (Refund / Replacement)
We provide a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
Eligible Cases
Missing items in the package.
Plants received dead or severely damaged
Incorrect item delivered
Claim Process (Mandatory)
All issues must be reported by raising a support request within 24 hours of delivery.
Please provide the following details:
- Order Number
- Number of plants/items damaged / dead / missing
- Clear photos and unboxing video:
- Damaged plants
- Entire package contents (for missing items)
- Short explanation of the issue
Claims without proper photo/video proof may not be accepted
Time Limit for Claims
Claims after 24 hours will not be considered
All claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery
Resolution
After verification, we will provide:
- Replacement (preferred), OR
- Refund (full or partial) based on the issue
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Non-Eligible Cases
Claims will not be accepted in the following situations:
Minor melting or color change (natural plant adaptation
Delay in reporting beyond 24 hours
No unboxing video or insufficient proof
Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
Important Note on Aquatic Plants
- Slight melting or stress during transit is normal
- Most plants recover within a few days under proper aquarium conditions
