No dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays

Orders are packed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Dispatch is usually done within 2–3 days after order confirmation.
Packing begins after confirming service availability to your pincode.

Due to the perishable nature of aquatic plants, their condition after return transit cannot be guaranteed. Any damaged or non-recoverable plants during RTO will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
